This 5” x 7” light purple custom cut matte contains two labels from J.B. Lynas & Son of Logansport, Indiana. The featured labels are for Bleaching Cream and “Special” Violet perfume from the 1920s. One to get you ready and the other to send you out smelling swell.
Dr. Lynas began manufacturing remedies in his home in the middle 1800s after a successful medical career. In 1874 he established a laboratory and in 1898 he officially setup J.B. Lynas & Son. By 1913 the company had 1500 employees in Logansport, Indiana.
