Return Policy

We are concerned that you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a 15-Day Money Back Guarantee. Return your unopened, unused toy or label within 15 days and we will refund or credit your full purchase price. Products must be in the original condition with all insertions and labels. We do not refund your original shipping costs. All merchandise is inspected prior to shipment, if you receive an item damaged, you must call us immediately at (888) 494-7200 Toll Free. This is important because often it is the responsibility of the carrier. After hearing from you we will arrange an exchange at no additional cost to you.

Important: Tin toys are manufactured using old time methods. It is not unusual to find minor imperfections. This just adds to the charm of the toy.
